About 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and balanced iron make up Incoloy 800 Sheets and Plates, with trace amounts of carbon, aluminium, and titanium. Excellent strength and resistance against oxidation, carburisation, and other high-temperature corrosion are provided by this composition. With good elongation (~30%), the alloy has a yield strength of 205–275 MPa and a tensile strength of roughly 520–690 MPa. Incoloy 800 is perfect for extended exposure to high temperatures because it retains its structural integrity up to 800°C. It is appropriate for environments that are resistant to heat and pressure due to its high creep and rupture strength.
