Rene 41 foil is a superalloy made of nickel that is intended to perform exceptionally well at high temperatures. Nickel (balance), chromium (19–21%), cobalt (10–12%), molybdenum (9–10%), and trace amounts of iron, titanium, and aluminum are usually included in its composition. With a tensile strength of roughly 1400 MPa and exceptional resistance to oxidation and creep, this alloy retains its structural integrity in temperatures as high as 980°C (1800°F). Because of its exceptional corrosion resistance and weldability, Rene 41 is perfect for demanding engineering applications, guaranteeing long-term performance under harsh mechanical and thermal conditions.
