Nickel-iron-chromium alloys known as Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT Angles typically contain 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and the remaining iron, along with regulated amounts of carbon, titanium, and aluminium. Because of their higher carbon content and careful heat treatment, the 800H and 800HT versions are optimised for improved creep and stress rupture strength. Up to 1100°C, these angles maintain their exceptional oxidation resistance and high mechanical strength. With tensile strengths varying from 450 to 650 MPa based on grade and condition, they also exhibit good resistance to sulfidation and carburisation.
