70% copper and 30% nickel make up Copper Nickel 70/30 Sheets and Plates, with trace amounts of iron and manganese added for increased corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Tensile strength of approximately 500–550 MPa, yield strength of up to 220 MPa, and elongation of 30–40% are important mechanical characteristics.
