This Cu-Ni 90/10 alloy is a great option for marine applications because of its exceptional resistance to biofouling, stress corrosion cracking, and saltwater conditions. The alloy’s exceptional formability and fatigue resistance are a result of its tensile strengths, which range from 550 to 700 MPa, yield strengths, which range from 240 to 350 MPa, and an elongation of roughly 40%. High electrical and thermal conductivity is also provided, which is necessary for performance under demanding circumstances.
