Nickel Alloy 200 Angle is a commercially pure wrought nickel alloy consisting of approximately 99% nickel, with minor additions of iron, copper, manganese, and carbon. It is recognized for its excellent corrosion resistance in both acidic and alkaline environments. Mechanically, the alloy provides a tensile strength of 380–550 MPa, yield strength of 170–275 MPa, and an elongation of 30–40%, offering outstanding ductility, toughness, and thermal/electrical conductivity. Its resistance to oxidation and stress makes it ideal for harsh operating conditions requiring both stability and strength.
