About 99.6% pure nickel makes up Nickel Alloy 200 Foils, with trace amounts of carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur, and iron. Strong mechanical integrity at low and high temperatures is imparted by this composition, along with exceptional corrosion resistance, particularly in alkaline and neutral environments. The alloy has outstanding conductivity, good formability, and high ductility. Its yield strength is between 100 and 150 MPa, its tensile strength is between 380 and 450 MPa, and its elongation is up to 40%. It is especially well-suited for precision and high-temperature applications due to its low thermal expansion coefficient.
