SA516 Gr 60–70 The main component of dual TC plates is carbon steel, which is alloyed with silicon, manganese, and trace amounts of phosphorus and sulfur. They meet the requirements for both Grade 60 and Grade 70 and are dual certified, providing dependability and versatility. While elongation values are normally between 21 and 23 percent, tensile strength varies from 415 to 585 MPa (Gr 60) to 485 to 620 MPa (Gr 70).
