18–20% chromium, 8–11% nickel, and a higher carbon content of 0.04–0.10% are all present in stainless steel 304H. Its strength and heat resistance are increased by the higher carbon content. In addition to having good elongation and hardness up to 201 HB, it has a tensile strength of 585 MPa and a yield strength of 240 MPa. At temperatures as high as 800°C, SS 304H maintains its exceptional oxidation resistance and structural integrity, making it appropriate for high-heat settings. It improves high-temperature creep resistance while preserving the traditional corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steels.
