For enhanced intergranular corrosion resistance, Stainless Steel 321 Channel is an austenitic stainless steel alloy with 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and titanium (at least five times the carbon content). It has outstanding yield strength (~205 MPa), tensile strength (~515 MPa), and elongation of about 40%. Up to 870°C, SS 321 retains its strength due to its exceptional resistance to oxidation and high temperatures. It is appropriate for use in settings where corrosion resistance and thermal stability are crucial due to its strong formability and weldability.
