Stainless steel EN 1.4513 Sheets and Plates are ferritic stainless steel alloyed with molybdenum for improved corrosion resistance in chloride-rich environments. The alloy contains about 13% chromium and 4% nickel. These sheets have exceptional mechanical qualities, such as yield strength between 290 and 490 MPa and tensile strength between 600 and 800 MPa. Good ductility and formability are indicated by their elongation values, which range from 25 to 40%. For applications requiring dependable weldability, long-term performance, environmental durability, and structural integrity, the grade is perfect because it also offers exceptional resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
