Titanium Grade 2 Channel is made from commercially pure titanium, primarily consisting of 99% titanium with small amounts of oxygen, iron, and carbon. This grade offers excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in aggressive environments like seawater and acids. Its tensile strength is approximately 350 MPa, and its yield strength is around 275 MPa. Titanium Grade 2 provides excellent fatigue and fracture resistance, and its lightweight properties make it an ideal choice for structural applications. It also has high thermal stability and performs well in temperatures up to 600°C, offering exceptional reliability over a wide range of conditions.
