Titanium Grade 2 Angles are made primarily of commercially pure titanium (≥ 99%) with minor elements like oxygen, iron, carbon, and nitrogen. Known for excellent corrosion resistance and good ductility, Gr2 offers a tensile strength of around 345 MPa and a yield strength of approximately 275 MPa. It has high impact toughness and an elongation of up to 20%, making it suitable for forming and welding. The low density of 4.51 g/cm³ ensures lightweight structural integrity, while its non-magnetic and biocompatible nature makes it suitable for various sensitive applications.
