Titanium Sheets and Plates are available in various grades, with Grade 2 and Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) being the most common. Grade 2 is commercially pure titanium with excellent corrosion resistance and moderate strength. Grade 5 contains 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, offering significantly higher strength and heat resistance. Typical tensile strength ranges from 345 MPa (Gr2) to 950 MPa (Gr5), with good ductility and toughness. These sheets are lightweight, non-magnetic, and biocompatible. They maintain mechanical integrity even under extreme temperatures, making them suitable for a wide variety of structural and critical applications.
